Izumi Cleansing Solution Plus’s unique three-layer formula contains different active ingredients:
First layer: an oil-based protective layer extracted from Japanese deep sea squalane can strengthen improve on skin's hydrate, moisture, calm, deeply cleanses and protects the skin.
Second layer-the emulsifier layer: highly safe emulsifier dissolves make-up and dirt on the face easily and decreases acne formation.
Third layer-water-based moisturizing layer: containing algae extract and vitamin E, moisturizes the skin, provides strong antioxidant effects and boosts skin immunity. Furthermore, the oil-based moisturizing agents have better hydrating effect, are easier to rub around and reduce skin sensitivity.
